Admins and managers can send a set of ratings to employees to assess themselves against certain criteria.

Ratings are sent to employees via emails. Employees can open the link in the email and they will be taken through to a page which looks like a survey - here they can complete their assessment and submit.

If the employee would rather login to the platform and complete (assuming they have been given a user login), they can head to Reviews in the main menu, select Ratings in the drop down, and click Complete against the ratings to open up a modal and enter here.

Employees are given the option to leave comments underneath each item that has been added. Once they have completed their self-assessment, if they have access to their manager's assessment, the manager's ratings will be displayed.
