A few bug fixes have been released to improve some functionality within the system.

1. Survey close notifications have been amended

'Survey closed' email notifications that are sent to the user who set up the survey no longer include the name of the account owner in the subject line. Occasionally a user who was not the main account owner in the system would set up a survey and receive a survey close notification that would include the owner's name rather than their own.

This was also the case when manager's set up performance review surveys for their own team members. The notifications they receive will no longer include the account owner's name in the subject line to avoid confusion.

2. Amended search function for Goals and OKRs

When admins and managers assign goals, actions, or OKRs to other users in the organisation, the search functionality previously would show the name of all individual's in a manager's team if the manager's name was searched for. This made it difficult to find the individual manager user to assign the goal/action/OKR to.

This has been updated and now the search bar will only show the individual's name that the user is searching for.

3. 1:1s always appear in accounts regardless of state

It was reported that some users were able to see 1:1s on their 1:1s page, and others were missing these from their view.

This happened when a 1:1 had been set up by a user but they had not clicked 'Save and Send Invite' within the 1:1 to officially schedule the 1:1. Therefore, it was not appearing in the employee's account, or the manager's account if it was created by an admin user.

This has been changed so that when a 1:1 is created, regardless of it's state, it will always appear in the employee's account, the manager(s) with access to the employee, and the admin/exec user accounts.

4. Option for PDF download of heatmaps and graphs removed

The system uses HighCharts to create the graphs and heatmaps shown as part of Engagement, Mental Health and DEEI survey results. They have removed the ability to download these graphs as PDF files. Therefore, we have removed the option for users. The graphs can still be downloaded as PNG and JPEG files.
