To stay ahead of the continued increase in customer growth and size of organisations now using WeThrive, we took the decisions to re-write our people table page from the ground up. Completely new code introduces improved user license management, a new export option, plus resilient code to handle organisations with 20,000+ people.
We've also massively improved the native browser print functionality, meaning you can now easily print your Reports and Analysis graphs, making sharing survey data with others now even easier.
People table re-write
Our brand new people table has been designed to handle data sets of 20,000+ people. We've added a new 'Active/Inactive' flag, meaning you can mark people who have left, thus freeing up user licenses for their replacements whilst maintaining their historical survey results.
Export people function allows quick and easy bulk updates
Available via the new people table, the 'Export People' function exports all your people data into Excel, in the same format as required for importing data. This make it easy for you to quickly update information about the team/location/department/unit each person is in and then re-import to WeThrive.
24/7 survey sending for international customers
We'd previously had a limiter in place to prevent emails from WeThrive sending outside of 8am to 8pm UK time. We'd implemented this in our early days as we felt it wasn't right to be sending 'work related' emails way outside of most people's core working day. We felt this was a nice feature, but due to our International growth (and therefore customers in different timezones) has no longer become sustainable.
But now you can specify the date and time (UTC) that you want your survey to send, totally unrestricted to day of week or time of day. All automated survey reminder emails will also send at that same time on their relevant days.
Reports and Analysis printing makes report sharing easier
Sharing survey results with others is of course a key part of the engagement process. We've had report share logins for some time, but know that many people like to simply print the graphs or make them easy to email to others for review.
We've made some clever updates so that the standard print function within your Internet Browser will now print both the Reports and Analysis graphs (including the 4 areas recommended for improvement) in a well formatted A4 output. Perfect for physical printing or even 'printing' to PDF if your browser supports this function.
