With a diverse, worldwide customer base we recognised the need for new features including multi-lingual surveys and custom questions. And with more people than ever sharing reports in WeThrive we took the step to review and improve this process.

Multi-lingual surveys

Not only can the survey itself be translated, but also all associated emails for notifying and thanking staff for completing the survey, ensuring everyone gets the same WeThrive experience. When uploading your people data simply specify their language. They will then automatically receive all survey emails and the survey itself in that language.

Custom questions

If you have a set of company values, or perhaps cultural initiatives or targeted programmes you have been running within your organisation, you may want to ask your people about this. With our new custom questions feature you can now add as many (within reason!) question you desire in two formats:

  • Slider questions - In the same format of our questioning process "how much of the time..."

  • Free text questions - Any questions you like with a free text box for your people to leave their thoughts.

You can choose which surveys to include these in, and results from these questions can be exported to Excel at both team and individual (if you are on the Guru package) level. And of course these questions can also be translated!

Report sharing improvements

We've improved the process for sharing reports with colleagues. People without a WeThrive account will now get guided through a specific process for registering with WeThrive. Plus, their login is specifically designed for report share users, with a dedicated home page and access restricted to just the Reports and Analysis sections.

Email notifications

Based on customer feedback we've made some small amends to our survey email notifications. These small amends improve the user communication and provide a better language set regardless of the size or type of organisation you are.
