We're super excited to announce our newest updates to WeThrive - including our new UI and significant improvements to our reporting and analysis features.

Improved UI

Expanding further on updates previously made in May, we've now completed a major overhaul of our user interface. An updated menu navigation, improved table layouts and an easier to use, fully mobile responsive interface makes it better than ever to use WeThrive.

  • New login page - we've got a brand new login page. Clean, simple and does what it needs to do!

  • New menu navigation - our main menu navigation has been updated and now provides easy access to all WeThrive screens.

  • New home page dashboard - our brand new home page dashboard gives you quick access to key actions (add people, create survey, view reports, view analysis); displays the latest insights and news from the WeThrive team; shows details of recent surveys; and displays some key account data relating to your subscription.

  • Improved tables - our table data view has been updated. Not only is it now cleaner and easier to view, but all columns are sortable making it easier to check your data.

Notice anything not right? We want the whole app to look brilliant and be super easy to use. If you notice something not right or you think can be improved, please do get in touch and let us know.

Even easier survey set-ups

We took a look at the survey set-up process and realised their was scope for improvement. There's now a simple 3 step process with improved layouts making it easier to follow.

Reporting improvements - bar graph display

A key change here is in the bar graph display. Previously, each of the 4C model core areas (cognitive, capability, connection, confidence) had scores stacked in one bar. Whilst this helped to show the overall score, it made seeing the differences in each area tricky to view.

We've now changed this display to show a total score, plus each of the four areas side by side. This provides a far better view of your data with easy to understand side by side comparisons. We've also added additional grid lines to the chart, making it easier to identify scores in each area.

Reporting improvements - group view

Another significant improvement here is the group view. You can now 'group by' any of the four main people data fields - team, department, location or unit. This gives a different perspective on your data - rather than before where the graph only grouped data by team, you can now for example see if scores by location differ dramatically.

Not only that, once you have selected your group by option, you can then continue to filter your data by any of the top four fields, plus of course any custom filters you have added.

Strengths & Opportunities

We've updated the look of our Strengths and Opportunities page to better match the rest of the app. It's now easier to read your people comments here and navigate from this screen back to the main report.

Team Comments

We've updated the look of our Team Comments page to better match the rest of the app. It's now easier to read your people comments here and navigate from this screen back to the main reporting graphs.

Report sharing for line managers

Combined with the new reporting 'Group by' features, you can now group, filter and share your data with line managers. Simply create your reporting view and hit the 'share this report' button. You can then enter an email address which will prompt that person to create a special 'report share' account. Once they are logged in, they have a special view which gives them access only to their shared reports and analysis (not the full survey report). See our section on creating report shares for more on this.

New survey translation - German

We have added German as a new language available for surveys. Coming soon we've got Swedish, Belgium, Dutch and Italian too!
