If someone has lost their email survey invite, or for whatever reason is not receiving it in their inbox, there are easy ways to ensure they can still complete their survey.

1. Click on the Surveys menu. 

2. Click on Status (the 'i' icon) to get to the Status tab of your survey. A list of all people within this survey will load.

3. Against the person you want to resend the survey to, click the orange paper aeroplane icon. This will send that individual a reminder email with their survey link/invite.

If the survey email is not being received successfully, you can manually copy their personal survey URL to your computer clipboard, then paste into a message you send them directly.

1. Click on the Surveys menu. 

2. Click on Status (the 'i' icon) to get to the Status tab of your survey. A list of all people within this survey will load.

3. Against the person you want to copy the survey link for, click the orange paper chain icon under Link (you may need to scroll across to view these icons).

4. The survey URL will be copied to your computer clipboard. You can now paste this into a direct email to this person (or any other messaging tool on your computer).

Export all individual survey links by clicking on the Export Status button on the Status tab.
