We're always trying to improve things to make using WeThrive as simple as possible, so we have released a range of updates to create a better overall user experience .

We've listened to customer feedback in terms of the survey messaging and providing a clearer comparison chart in the Analysis tab.

Analysis comparison chart

When viewing your Survey Analysis, you can compare your results to previous surveys.

Previously when comparing two surveys, the bars on the graph were the same colour. We've updated this to make the comparison much clearer.

On the Analysis graph, the bars for your current survey are in colour and the bars for the survey you are comparing it to will show as light grey. This means you can easily see which survey is which.

Consistent pop-up messages

We've made some tweaks to the styling of our pop-up messages, updating the fonts, formatting, size and colours of the pop-ups to create a more consistent, intuitive user experience.

The three pop-ups that have been updated are for the following actions:

  1. Deleting a person from a WeListen survey

  2. Re-syncing people data in a WeListen survey

  3. Deleting an action in WeDo

Survey error messages

When completing the survey, you may want to answer 'Never' to a question, which requires clicking on the sliding scale. If you wanted to answer 'never' but didn't click on the slider, the error message 'This field is required' would appear.

To make it clear why the error has occurred, we have updated the message to ensure you know to click on the sliding scale for it to register your answer as 'never'.

The error message now reads:
'Oops, this question hasn't registered an answer. To answer never, please click the circle above the 'Never' option.'

This gives you clarity about why the error has occurred and makes completing the survey a smoother experience.

Improved help links

We have also improved access to our help files and our support team by making the move from Zendesk to Intercom.

You can now receive help via the Intercom Help Bot in the right-hand corner of the app. Using this, you can search our range of help topics to find the answers you're looking for.

If you would prefer to speak to someone, you can start a conversation with a member of our support team who will help to solve your queries.

People export includes active/inactive status

We have included a new field in the People Export spreadsheet. When exporting your People data, you can now see who is active/inactive.

If you have a lot of people data to manage, you need to see quickly who is active in your WeThrive account.

When you export your people data from WeThrive, you have a spreadsheet showing all of the people in your account. Previously you weren't able to see which of these people were active/inactive.

We realised that the active/inactive flag was a useful field that was missing from the people export.

By including this new field, you can see who is still active in your account. If there are people who have left or are on long term leave and need to be de-activated you can find them quickly and deactivate them in your account.

You can also delete all of the inactive people from your export, make some tweaks to the data e.g. updates to team, departments etc. and then re-upload this to your account.

It makes updating your people data that much easier!
