Our latest release sees a number of improvements aimed to help users navigate the platform more efficiently. Secondly, this release includes a brand new survey dashboard, created so managers can find the information they're looking for quickly and all in one place.

Changes to platform terminology

But first, when you log in to the platform you'll notice we have replaced some WeThrive terminology with simpler, easy to understand language.

For example, the main menu in the top right hand corner has been updated:

The former WeListen tab is now labelled 'Surveys'
WeLearn is now labelled 'Resources'
WeDo is now labelled 'Actions'

Survey Dashboard replaces WeCoach

On to the most exciting part of the update - the addition of our brand new survey dashboard.

What was once called WeCoach is now your Survey Dashboard. We've replaced the WeCoach page (also referred to as Analysis) with a new dashboard containing key statistics from your survey e.g. completion rates, engagement scores and action tracking.

The survey dashboard is now the go-to place for managers - containing all of the information they need to start acting on feedback.

You will notice the Survey Dashboard has moved on the 'Surveys' page (formerly 'WeListen'). Under the 'Actions' heading for your chosen survey, you can access the dashboard via the first orange dial icon.

What does the new Survey Dashboard include?

The survey dashboard still has all of the previous functions available in WeCoach, including the graph, compare function and coaching recommendations. Now you can also:

  • View the completion % rate for different groups and compare to the organisation's overall response rate. As well as viewing as a percentage, you can also see the number of people in a particular group who completed.

  • View overall engagement scores for different groups and see how it compares to the organisation's engagement score

  • Track the number of actions created for a group and how this compares to the total number of actions created in the survey

  • Track how many actions have been completed for a group

  • Compare against how many actions have been completed for the survey overall

Managers no longer need to switch between the Reports and Dashboard page to find a team's engagement score. They can filter the dashboard to their chosen group and see how a team's overall engagement score compares to the overall organisation score.
