We know users often have limited time and resource available. So we've updated our home page to make accessing survey results and actions quick and simple.
You can now access key information straight from the home page via direct links to your latest survey results, and your latest actions.
What does the new homepage include?
The information available on the homepage depends on the type of access you have.
Administrator and Account Users
Under Surveys, direct links to each survey dashboard.
View the start and end date of each survey, alongside the overall number of completions.
A list of the latest actions created by users in your account, plus links to view each one.
Status of each action - whether it has been started, is in progress, or completed.
Key learning resources from our learning academy.
Links to our latest blogs and news.
Reporting Users
Under Surveys, a list of all report shares (Reporting Users have restricted access so can only view reports that have been shared with them).
Direct links to the survey dashboard for each report share.
The start and end date of each survey, alongside the overall number of survey completions.
A list of the latest actions that have been created by or assigned to that user.
Status of each action - whether it has been started, is in progress, or completed.
