We're very excited to bring you our latest release which includes 2 new features that many of our clients have asked for. We listened to your feedback and as a result are happy to share that you can now:

  • Customise all emails sent via the app - update in your settings, or update on a survey by survey basis

  • Create and add your own custom questions to the WeThrive survey

Customise your email templates

We've made all of our email templates customisable so you can personalise the message sent to your staff. This includes:

  • The warm up email - edit the email text and subject line, plus choose the date and time the warm up is sent.

  • The survey email - this is the email sent to staff which includes their individual survey link. Edit the subject line and text in this email.

  • The auto-reminder - edit the text and subject line of the reminder emails sent to staff throughout the survey.

  • The thank you email - make your thank you message to staff more personal by editing the text and subject line of your automated thank you email.

You can update your library of email templates by going to your Settings > Custom Emails (see image below). You can also edit the templates when scheduling each survey.

Create and add your own custom questions

Before this release you had to contact us if you wanted to add custom questions to your WeThrive survey. Now, you can create and add your own custom questions in your account:

  • Add free-text custom questions and sliding scale custom questions

  • Edit the labels for the sliding scale questions (change the sliding scale from 'Never/Sometimes/Always' to 'Strongly Disagree/-/Strongly Agree')

  • Create a library of custom questions in your account (see below).

  • Each time you schedule a survey, choose which custom questions to add from your library (see below).

  • When scheduling your survey, create new custom questions to add to that survey. These are then saved in your account for use in future surveys.
