You can add your own custom questions to your WeThrive account and these can be used to add to the end of WeThrive surveys, or within your own pulse surveys.
But what happens when you no longer need a custom question and you want to remove it from your library? You can delete a custom question from your account and if it has been used in any previous surveys, the responses to the question will still be maintained.
To remove a custom question from your account follow these steps:
Hover over Surveys in the main menu.
Select Custom Questions from the drop down menu.
Scroll down the the heading Custom questions available for surveys.
Find the question you want to remove and scroll across to the orange cross icon on the right hand side.
Click the orange cross to remove the question. A message will appear asking if you're sure you want to delete it. Once you're sure, click Delete.
