Run both anonymous AND non-anonymous surveys

Many clients have told us they want the option to run both anonymous and non-anonymous surveys in their account. Well we listened, and we're very excited to announce that no matter what subscription you were previously on (Pulse Only, ProTeam or Pro121) ALL WeThrive customers can now run both anonymous and non-anonymous surveys!

When you schedule your next survey, you'll be able to simply tick a box to make the results anonymous, or you can leave it unticked to access the individual results (non-anonymous).

This new option is available for both WeThrive surveys and Pulse surveys. So now you're in control of the anonymity of your survey results.

This is extremely useful if you have some employees you want to survey anonymously, but others you want to be able to view the individual results for. For example you may want to survey the manager's and view their individual results, but survey the rest of your employees anonymously.

Or, if you want to run WeThrive surveys non-anonymously, but want to send out a quick pulse survey and keep the responses anonymous.

This new feature provides you with more flexibility and enables you to get access to the results you need without having to change your subscription.

Pulse survey results - data segments added to the spreadsheet

Previously when you exported the results to a pulse survey, you wouldn't get any data about each employee unless you were running it non-anonymously - in which case you'd see the employee's name against their results.

We've now added your data segments to the spreadsheet so you have more information about each employee.

You'll still be able to see each individual set of results, and now you'll also be able to view their Team, Location, Department, Unit and Manager groups.

One thing to note if you decide to run a pulse survey anonymously - if there are less than 4 people in a particular segment, then their group will show as 'ANON'.

For example, if you surveyed a group of staff and only 2 members were in the Sales Team, their team would appear as ANON.

We added this feature to ensure that employees who are taking part in anonymous surveys, have their anonymity maintained.
