At WeThrive we've always stated that surveying your people is not just about listening, it's about acting.

Previously, managers have been able to create actions based on their team's feedback and track their progress in the Actions feature of WeThrive. We've added a new feature to improve the manager's experience and make it even easier to act on survey feedback.

This release will outline the following (click the links below to view each update):

Updated WeThrive questionnaire

We've made some changes to our WeThrive survey questions and updated some that may have become less relevant over time. We are still measuring the core 16 areas of our 4C model but some of the sub-questions may be slightly different.

New coaching recommendations

The world of work has changed dramatically over the last year, so now felt like the right time to update our coaching recommendations to ensure they're all applicable to managers leading their teams in the new world.

Our recommendations have been reviewed and updated with actionable tasks that are easier for managers to complete. You'll find these on your Survey Dashboard.

New Goals feature

On the Survey Dashboard, you receive a set of recommendations to help you act on challenges in your team, and you could use these recommendations to create actions.

You can create an overall goal with a set of manageable, actionable tasks. These tasks appear under your coaching recommendations as sets of bullet points that include the following:

  • Recommended tasks

  • A reading list of resources

  • An e-learning course (if you have access to e-learning)

When you create a goal, it will automatically give you a Goal Name and a Goal Description which you can edit as you please, and list the recommendations as tasks to complete...

Work on goals with other managers

You can take complete ownership over your goal and all of the actions within it. Or, you can work on goals with other managers by working on some tasks yourself and assigning other tasks to your colleagues to complete.

Changes to your homepage

Your homepage may now look slightly different.

  • Recent surveys - now appear on the right hand side.

  • Next Actions - list of actions you have to complete.

  • Progress on your goals - where you can click through to view in more detail (see demo video above)

  • Suggested courses - links to our e-learning courses. These are replaced with Your courses when you assign yourself a task to complete a course.

  • Suggested resources - links to our learning resources. These are replaced with Your resources when you assign yourself a task to view/read a resource.
