There are 5 different roles that you can assign to people in WeThrive - find out what each one can do

Within the WeThrive platform you have different levels of access

  • Employees - they do not have logins and are not users of the platform. You can load in their details to send them WeThrive and Pulse surveys, and view their results/share these with managers.

  • Employee Login

    • Employees are given logins to WeThrive

    • View their individual results to WeThrive surveys they've taken part in

    • Compare their results to the Organisation benchmark

    • Take the engagement survey whenever they'd like and receive personalised recommendations and resources

  • Manager Login

    • Manager are given logins with restricted access

    • Can view survey results of employees who have been assigned to them

    • Send surveys to their group of assigned employees (both WeThrive & Pulse)

    • View individual results of Employee login engagement surveys completed by their team.

    • Take the engagement survey whenever they'd like and receive personalised recommendations and resources.

  • Manager Login with Administrator Rights

    • Users with full admin access to the platform.

    • Access all employee data & edit.

    • Set up Manager and Employee logins.

    • Assign employees to managers.

    • Send surveys to everyone.

    • View all results to all surveys run in their account.

    • View all goals and actions.

    • Take the engagement survey whenever they'd like and receive personalised recommendations.

  • Executive User

    • Access all employee data but cannot edit.

    • Can view all survey results.

    • View all performance review survey results.

    • View all 1:1s.

    • Send performance review surveys & 1:1s.

    • View Company Goals and all OKRs.

    • View all goals and actions.

    • Take the engagement survey whenever they'd like and receive personalised recommendations.
