We have some big changes coming over the next few months and we've just released the first one! We're very excited to share with you some changes to the platform...
Updated People Table and Layout
You may notice next time you log in that some of your pages will look a little different. Watch this short video which shows the changes we've made to your People Table and Surveys tab.
We've also made some improvements to the platform to make it easier to navigate for example adding labels to icons on different pages.
New 'Assign Managers' feature
Now you can assign each employee to a Manager User (previously called a Reporting User). Once assigned, that manager will be able to view that employee's results for any WeThrive surveys (their results will be included in an average if a survey is anonymous).
New 'Surveys' Section
Within the Surveys tab, there are now separate tabs:
My Surveys - to view their own results to any WeThrive surveys taken. You can also take the survey any time from here to review personalised recommendations.
Individual login Surveys - any self-taken surveys taken by members of their team (this will require Employees to have logins - coming soon!)
Org/Team Surveys - schedule surveys for your team or all staff here (if you're an admin user). Plus if managers have been assigned a set of employees they can view the results from any WeThrive surveys their team has taken part in.
Survey Shares - managers can view historic report shares from previous surveys pre-July 2021.
Industry benchmarking
Add your industry and company size to your account and automatically view the benchmark for other WeThrive customers on your Survey Dashboard.
Managers can schedule surveys for their team
Managers now have the ability to send WeThrive or Pulse surveys to the group of employees that have been assigned to them. They can also add their own custom questions to their login and include these in their own surveys.
Take the survey any time
Manager Users and Admin Users have a new section in the Surveys section called 'My Surveys' where they can take The Engagement Survey and receive a set of personal recommendations to help improve their own employee experience.
So now they can receive recommendations to help themselves, as well as recommendations to help their team improve.
