View the wording used in the 4 email templates that can be included in your DEEI survey

There are 4 emails that can be sent to employees as part of the survey.

3 are optional and 1 must be included (the invite to take part).

Please find the wording and templates used for each of the following emails below:

  • Warm up email (optional)

    • If you schedule the survey to start in less than 24 hours time, the warm up email is sent straight away.

    • If you schedule the survey to start in over 24 hours time, the warm up email will automatically send 24 hours in advance of your launch time.

  • Survey invite (required)

  • Thank you email (optional)

Warm up email

The warm up email helps position the survey in the right way with your team to ensure you get the best possible results. You can use the warm-up email built into the system or send your own introductory email to your staff.

Subject Line: An exciting new project starts soon - here is what you need to know

Dear NAME,

This email is to let you know about an important new project we are running with WeThrive to uncover whether the organisation meets the needs of everyone, regardless of their background, identity, abilities, or circumstances.

Our goal is to understand how you experience diversity, equality, equity and inclusion at work and use this feedback to create the right working environment for everyone to thrive.

So what happens next?

Shortly you will receive another email with a link to complete a DEEI survey. It should only take a couple of minutes to complete.

The survey is anonymous - only average scores for teams of 4 or more employees can be viewed. Your individual results cannot be accessed by anyone else.

This initiative is important to us and we want to ensure you have the support you need, so when the next email arrives please jump right in!
