We've made some big changes in WeThrive to improve the user experience, give you more visibility over results and make it easier to analyse your surveys.
Watch video walk through of new features or read more about each new feature below...
Real-Time Homepage Tabs
Your homepage already has a 'Me' tab and a 'My Team' tab which allows you to switch between your own results, and your team's results.
The homepage is now also split into 4 tabs:
Progress
Engagement
Mental Health
Diversity, Equality, Equity & Inclusion
Your Progress tab shows you your/ your team goals along with relevant resources.
The final 3 tabs show you real-time data from our 3 WeThrive surveys. Those with logins to WeThrive can take the surveys whenever they please.
Your homepage tabs show you a rolling 3 month average set of results for your team which you can filter in the 5 key ways. That includes all survey responses - whether they've been invited to take part in the survey, or they've been into their login to complete off their own accord.
[You can still view surveys you've created and sent from your Surveys tab.]
Invite Screen
You can now include previous responses when you create new surveys, so if some team members have completed the survey recently in their account, you can include their scores in the results without having to send them a new survey to complete.
Heatmaps
A long awaited feature is finally here! Heatmaps have been requested by many of you and we listened! We have replaced the Reports tab in the survey results with heatmaps to make it easier for you to spot trends and challenge areas.
Upgraded Manager Dashboard
The dashboard of results that managers receive for their team's scores has been updated with a new style and layout now showing the 4C averages for their team along with the Thriveometer (overall score).
The Team comments and Strengths and opportunities buttons now appear on your Dashboard rather than the Reports Tab.
The free-text feedback has been moved to this page to make it easier for users to spot challenge areas and immediately take a look at the comments employees have left.
Engagement Survey Changes
The WeThrive engagement survey questions have been adapted slightly to make them easier to understand. Instead of being time-based they are now on a scale of Strongly disagree - Strongly agree.
The results are still comparable to previous results as higher scores indicate people are happy with this area, and lower scores suggest there's room for improvement.
We also received feedback that within the coaching recommendations, the '% of the time they would like...' statements were tricky to understand for many. So we've simplified, removing the time based statement and replacing with the exact statements employees were asked, showing the top 2 pieces of feedback given.
