How to upload your employee details using our spreadsheet template

Before you can invite employees to take part in surveys, you'll first need to upload your employee data so you can select them to include.

To add more than one person at a time, use our spreadsheet template which you can download from here or in the app via People > Import > Download an empty template link.

Below is a quick explanation of the required and optional columns and what to include.

Once completed, go back to Import and upload your new file as a CSV file.

'Yes'

Inactive people can't be sent surveys

'Yes' for all people. Putting 'No' only makes difference for manager logins.

Allows import to work correctly.
