With the new manager and employee logins, individuals can go into their account any time and take the WeThrive surveys under Surveys > My Surveys.

If you are planning to run a company wide survey shortly but there are some individuals who have taken the survey in the last 3 months, you don’t have to send them a new survey to complete but can include their latest response in your results.

This saves them completing again and allows you to pull in results from those who have completed the survey within their account in the last 3 months.

When you’re scheduling your next survey you can include recently completed responses during the set up process and their results will automatically contribute to your results dashboard. They won't be sent any emails to take part in the survey again.
