This June we've got some brand new, long-awaited features for you.
As the key administrators managing WeThrive, it is important that you are able to view all of your employee's activity so you can check that they are logging in, viewing results, and following up on feedback. These new features make it MUCH easier to:
View who has/hasn't logged in yet.
See how many actions your employees and managers have created/completed.
Encourage users back into the platform to view results and create new actions.
Take a look below for more info on each of the new features:
Organisation Statistics
When you first log in, you will find some new stats on your homepage including:
How many users have/have not logged in in the last 6 months
How many actions have been created/completed
How many survey responses have been received in the last 6 months
Buttons to send new login reminders, resend activation emails & send action setting reminders (more on these below).
User Activity Screen
By clicking the View more link on the homepage (next to Organisation stats), you'll be taken to a brand new table showing all of your user activity.
You can also get to this page by hovering over People and clicking User Activity in the drop down menu,
This new table allows you to view all individuals who have a WeThrive login (not employees without logins). The information includes:
Name & email
Role with WeThrive (employee login/manager login)
Team
No. actions created & completed
Last login date/Not logged in
Ability to send activation emails and login reminders
Also at the top of this page, you'll find 3 buttons allowing you to send reminder emails to users - see more below.
New Email Nudges
There are 3 new types of emails you can send to users and these include:
Re-send activation emails - you can only send these to users who have not activated their logins.
Log in reminders - you can only send these to users who have activated their logins.
Action setting reminders - you can only send these to users who have activated their logins.
Underneath each button you will find a link to view the email template used so you can review the message that will be received by users before sending.
There are a couple of different ways to send these nudges:
Bulk send - click on the button and it will send to all users that it applies to.
Select - select certain individuals by ticking the box next to their name.
Filter to 'Employee' or 'Manager' using the Role drop down and 'Select all' to send to all users of that role type.
