Create a manager goal using survey action plans

1. First, you need to go to your team's survey results. Click Surveys in the main menu.

2. Under the Team Surveys tab, click on the Dashboard icon next to the latest survey.

3. Scroll down and expand each of the Recommendations section to view the top 2 highest rated pieces of insight for how each area could be improved.

4. Once you have chosen which area of work you are going to focus on improving with your team, click 'Create goal with below actions' above the piece of feedback.

5. You'll be taken to a page with an editable Goal Name and Description, as well as our suggested actions listed as separate actions underneath.

You can personalise these actions, add your own comments, and remove any you don't need using the orange X next to each one.

You can also assign actions to others if they have WeThrive logins, and are assigned to you.

6. Add any of your own actions using the 'Add action' button at the bottom of the page.

7. Once happy with your goal and included actions, hit Save goal at the top of the page.

All of your goals will appear on the Goals page which you can access from the main menu.

Create your own goal and set of actions from scratch

1. To create your own goal, click on Goals in the main menu.

2. Click Create new goal.

3. Enter a Goal Name. You can also enter an optional goal description.

4. Underneath, add each of your actions by clicking the Add action button. Enter the details of each action.

5. For each action, check who it is assigned to (yourself or someone else you are working on this with - they must have a WeThrive login if you want to assign actions to others). If you choose to assign actions to another person, that individual will receive a notification that a task has been assigned to them.

6. Add a Due Date for each action and update the Status if you are already working on it.

7. Once happy with your goal and action set, click Create goal at the top of the page. Your goal will be saved and available to edit fully again from the Goals page.
