Within WeThrive you can set yourself personal development goals based on your own survey results, or create brand new goals of your own.

But who has visibility over these goals? We explain below which types of goals your managers will and will not be able to access.

What can my manager see?

If your manager has been given a WeThrive login and has been assigned their team, they can:

  • See goals you create based on your Engagement results or goals you've created from scratch.

  • Assign you actions within goals so you can work on certain goals together.

What is not visible to my manager?

  • Anonymous survey results (scores & comments) will still not be available to your manager.

  • Goals you create based on Mental Health survey results are never shared. Due to the personal nature of the Mental Health survey, all goals created based on these results are confidential and are not visible to your manager or administrators. These can only be viewed by you within your own login.
