As someone who looks after a team of people, you are both the manager of your team and an employee. Therefore, you have the ability to create both personal and team goals i.e. one that you want to achieve personally, or a goal that you want to set as a manager to help improve your team engagement & wellbeing.

Below we explain:

When viewing your individual survey results, you receive recommendations on your dashboard listed as Coaching and Wellbeing recommendations. These are recommendations for you as an individual to take to improve aspects of your own work experience.

Team recommendations

When viewing the results for your team, your recommendations will be listed as Productivity & Wellbeing recommendations for your team. These are designed to help you as a manager improve aspects of your team's engagement and experience.

Using the recommendations, you can create either a personal goal for yourself, or a team goal for you as a manager.

Once you've selected to create a goal from either your individual or team's dashboard, you will be taken to the goal where you can edit your goal name, description and the actions that make up the goal.

When editing the goal, you can select whether you want this to be a Personal or Team goal.

When editing the actions, you can select from the drop down menu who should be assigned the action - either assign the action to yourself, meaning that you will own this action, or you can assign the action to someone else (they must have a WeThrive login to assign actions to them).

If the action is assigned to someone else they will receive an email notifying them that they have been assigned an action in WeThrive with a link to log in and view the action.

Once the goal has been created you can view this goal on your homepage on the Me tab if it is a Personal goal, or on the My Team tab if it is a management goal.

You can also view all of your goals on the Goals page in the main menu.
