Template to help managers communicate survey results to employees

Below, you'll find a template you can use to communicate the latest survey results back to your team.

It is important to share the results with your team because they have taken time out of their day to share their opinions with you, you can celebrate your wins together, and share the areas you'd like to work on as a team.

If you're not sure where to find your team results, login to WeThrive and head to Surveys in the main menu. On this page, you'll find your Team Surveys, and a link to the 'Dashboard' for each one (orange dial icon on right hand side).

Template for sharing results with your team

Hi everyone,

I’m really pleased to share with you the results of our recent employee survey which we recently launched in partnership with WeThrive. In our team, an impressive XX% [find on your dashboard] of you took the time to tell us how you feel about working here.

  • Add in your highest 3/4 scoring areas E.G.

    • Attention (81%) – "we’re having positive interactions with others"

    • Skills (76%) - "we have the skills we need to do our work'
