You can access the results to your latest Performance Reviews in the Reviews section of your account (you will need to have the WeThrive Perform module included in your subscription).
To view results within the Reviews section, you have a couple of options:
Individual Reviews
On this tab, click Report against the individual - you will be taken to their latest set results.
To view historic results for an individual, click on the individual's name and you'll find all previous reports accessible here.
Team Reviews tab
This tab is ideal if you have sent your questionnaire to multiple team members, or your administrator has included your team in an org-wide review process.
Against your scheduled Performance Review, click the orange View responses (i) icon. On this page, click Export responses to export all individual results into one spreadsheet.
Also on this page, to view one individual's results alone, scroll to the right and you'll see a Report button against each person. Click here to view their results.
