When setting up an offboarding survey, you can choose which emails you want to include, and you'll also be able to edit them. There are 4 emails you can include:

  • Survey email - mandatory - sent with personal link to survey

  • Warm up email - optional - sent 24 hours before the survey email. If there is not enough time it will be sent as soon as you schedule the survey.

  • Reminder emails - manual reminders or auto-reminders (sent 3 times during open period).

  • Thank you email - optional - sent automatically once employee has completed their survey.

TIP

A popular way to use this survey is to set one up and leave it open all year so you can gradually add people to it. If you choose to do this, don't include the warm up email or auto-reminders. However, you can still edit the reminder email in case you need to manually nudge any individuals throughout.

View the templates used for each email below.
