WeThrive has always had 5 key filters to allow users to segment their survey results in 5 key ways. There is now the option to activate additional filters and customise these, giving you additional ways of viewing & breaking down your results.

WeThrive provide 2 extra filters called 'Gender' & 'Ethnicity' that can be activated or renamed, plus the option to add new custom filters. Here we show you how to:

Activate 'Gender' & 'Ethnicity' filters

  1. Go to Settings (the cog icons) in the top right hand corner of the platform.

  2. Click the Filters tab.

  3. Underneath the 5 main filters, you will find two inactive filters called 'Gender' and 'Ethnicity'. To start using these, click Edit next to each one.

  4. Change the Status from Inactive to Active.

  5. You can input some options here, for example for 'Gender', you can add 'Male', 'Female', 'Non-binary' etc. Or, you can leave them blank and add when using the spreadsheet import.

Add new custom filters

If you would like to segment your survey results in more than the 7 ways provided, you can add your own filters. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings (the cog icons) in the top right hand corner of the platform.

  2. Click the Filters tab.

  3. Under the Additional Filters heading, click the blue Add custom filter button.

  4. Insert a Filter name in the text box.

  5. You can also create some options for this particular filter, or leave blank if you plan to upload your data using the spreadsheet import.

  6. Click Save.

Please note, your new filters will only appear in your People table when you start adding data to them, or have added some pre-defined options as mentioned above. For example, once activated, the 'Gender' filter will not appear against employees in the table until data has been imported or you have added some options in the Settings area.
