The HRIS integration syncs every night to ensure your employee records in WeThrive are as accurate as possible.
This means new starters and leavers are kept up to date, as well as any changes in team groupings, manager assignments etc.
Note for "Workday" HRIS users:
'Supervisory organisation' data is mapped into the WeThrive 'department' field. This data syncs every weekend, rather than every day, due to the nature and speed of Workday's API.
