In order to view survey results, individuals must be given a user login. There are different levels of access available for employees, managers, executives & administrators. The results available to you will be depend on which level of access you have been given.
Where to find your own results (all users)
All users have a Me homepage with a box called Surveys at the top (and Performance review surveys if included in subscription).
This box displays the latest surveys you have taken part in, or been invited to. For all surveys you've responded to, you can click on the View results link against each survey to view your own results. If the survey is an Engagement or Mental Health survey, you'll also find action plans and resources to help you in your lower scoring areas.
Click on View all to access all previous survey results.
Where to find team results (managers)
Manager users have a My team homepage displaying data delated to their assigned team members. On this page, there is a box called Surveys (and Performance review surveys if included in subscription).
This box displays the latest surveys your team have taken part in, or been invited to. For all surveys your team have responded to, you can click on the View results link against each survey.
Click on View all to access all previous surveys your team have taken part in. You can also access all survey results from the Surveys option in the main menu.
Reminder: If the survey was run anonymously, and there are less than 4 responses from your assigned team, you will not be able to view the results.
