When an integration is first set up, all employees are added to the WeThrive platform as the basic 'Employee' user type.
If you have Employee Logins included within your subscription, you can give employees access to these at any time.
The user's role will not be overwritten when WeThrive next syncs with your HRIS, meaning employees will maintain their access to their own logins.
This means you can give employees access to logins at a time that suits you, and these will be maintained as the two systems continue to sync.
