How to give peer to peer recognition to your colleagues

Share praise and give thanks to colleagues who have made a positive difference to your working day, helped you on a project, completed a great piece of work, or just because they deserve a pat on the back!

Recognising your peers can be done in just a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to WeThrive and click 'Feedback' in the main menu.

  2. Click the pink 'Give feedback' button at the top of the page.

  3. This will open a pop up box, where you can choose the 'Person' you want to recognise from a drop down. Start typing their name to search.

  4. Add a 'Title' and your 'Message'. You'll notice a couple of prompts to help you structure your message.

  5. Once you have entered your details, click 'Give feedback'.

  6. An email notification will be sent to the employee with a link to login and view your message. If the employee does not have a login, the feedback will be included in the email.

Who will be able to see this feedback?

The employee and the employee's assigned manager will be able to view the recognition you give, as well as the platform administrators from your organisation.
