As an administrator, you have full visibility of the platform, and can request feedback about any employee. This means you can request feedback on behalf of your manager users.
Any feedback you request about a manager's team members will be visible to the manager within their own account.
Click on Feedback in the main menu.
Click Request feedback.
Enter your request details including:
Title
Description - give the users some prompts to help them understand what feedback you'd like them to give.
Regarding - tick the box Others.
Individual - select the employee you'd like feedback on.
Feedback providers - search and select all employees you'd like to give feedback.
Visibility - choose whether to make the feedback visible to the manager, or the manager and individual employee.
Deadline - set a date for feedback providers to share their comments.
Click Send feedback requests. Email notifications will be sent to all feedback providers with links to login and give their feedback.
The requests will automatically be added to the Feedback page in the accounts of any managers who have been assigned to the individual you have requested feedback on. Administrators are also able to view these.
