Who is this article for?

All users

You may have received a notification asking you to give feedback about a colleague. This article shares how & where to give this feedback, how to view all feedback requests you are still to complete, and who your feedback will be visible to once completed.

How to give feedback you've been asked to complete

If one of your peers has requested your feedback, you will receive an email notification with a link to follow:

  1. Click on the link in your email. You'll be taken to the login page.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. A box will pop up with the feedback form, including a description to help you understand the type of feedback the user wants you to give.

  4. Enter your comments in the 'Feedback' text box - click the right hand corner of the box & drag down if you need more space to type.

  5. Click Save and share when finished.

How to view all of your outstanding feedback requests from other users

Your peers may have sent you multiple requests for feedback, regarding different employees. To view all of your outstanding feedback requests and to complete these:

  1. On your Me homepage, scroll down to view the section labelled Feedback I've been asked to complete.

  2. Here you can view all of the pending requests from other users, including the name of the employee you're providing feedback on and the deadline for sharing your feedback.

  3. Click Give feedback to open the feedback request and follow the steps in the section above to give your feedback.

Who will my feedback be visible to?

Check the Visibility section of the feedback request, as shown in the above example, to check who will be able to access your comments. If the feedback is:

  • Visible to the individual and manager - they will both be able to view your comments either within their own account or via email, depending on which level of access they have.

  • Visible to the manager only - your comments can only be viewed by the assigned manager and administrator(s). The feedback will not be made available to the individual employee you're giving feedback about.
