If feedback has been shared with you by your peers or managers, you can view this feedback whether you have a login to WeThrive or not.

Below explains how to view your feedback if you have/don't have a WeThrive login set up (contact your administrator or support@wethrive.net to request a login).

How to view personal feedback if you have a login

Any feedback that has been made available to you is available on the Feedback page in the main menu.

View personal feedback from your peers by clicking the View feedback arrow against each row as shown below.

Access 'unread' feedback from your homepage

You can also see if you have unread feedback by scrolling down on your 'Me' homepage:

  1. Under Feedback, you'll see a pink box like the one below, which tells you how many unread pieces of new feedback you have to view.

  2. Click View feedback, as shown below, to open your Feedback page filtered to your unread messages.

How to view personal feedback if you don't have a login

If you don't have a login but feedback has been shared you, the feedback will be sent to you directly via email.

The email will display the text 'CONFIDENTIAL' in the email subject line, and the email copy will include the details of the feedback - including who it is from, the date given, title and comments left. See example email below:
