🎁 Release Announcement
Thank you very much for your continued use of Wevox.
We are pleased to announce that the following two changes were implemented in February 19, 2025.
The Permissions page for setting access permissions will be relocated from Engagement Survey to Wevox Admin.
Delivery targets and employees covered by a plan will be managed in Delivery Settings and Plan Activation, respectively.
Specific Changes
1. Move ‘Permissions‘ Page for Setting Access Permissions Relocated from Engagement Survey to Wevox Admin.
Scope of impact：Owner
Users will now access Permissions via Wevox Admin instead of Engagement Survey
The Owner page in Wevox Admin has been relocated under the Permissions page. To access it, please go to Wevox Admin > Permissions.
Previously, permission settings were managed on separate pages in Engagement Survey and Wevox Admin, requiring users to switch between them.
With this update, all permission settings have been unified into the Permissions page in Wevox Admin.
2. 'Registered Members' Page Now Divided Between Wevox Engagement and Wevox Admin
Scope of impact：Owner
2-1. New ‘Plan Activation’ Page Added in Wevox Admin.
A new page Plan Activation will be added to Wevox Admin.
Users can register and remove billed users directly in Wevox Admin.
2-2. Delivery target settings Relocated to ‘Delivery Settings’ page
Previously, delivery target settings are managed on the Registered Members page in Engagement Survey. You can (now) set them up under Engagement Survey > Delivery Settings > Delivery Targets.
Previously, the monthly billing amount was calculated as follows:
With this update, members who have applied for the plan will be charged a plan fee and the monthly billing amount wii be calculated as follows:
With this change, you can add or remove members from your Wevox Admin account.
Until now, users had to switch between Wevox Admin and Engagement Survey to add or update members. With this update, users can now register or update members for Wevox Admin and Engagement Survey directly from Wevox Admin.
