Service function: Wevox Engagement members must be registered in Wevox Engagement in order to complete surveys and view scores. This article will guide you through the process of registering one by one and in bulk.To register members to Wevox Engagement, you will need to create members in Wevox Admin in advance. Please respond first.

There are two ways to register new members in Wevox:

1) Form Entry in the [Operation Settings](individual)

and

2) File upload (Bulk add member by file).

In this page, we will show you how to register using the File upload (Bulk add member by file).

For new registrations of 10 or fewer employees, we recommend using the Form Entry.

It is recommended that you create groups and customize categories before uploading employee data.

1. Click [BULK ADD/UPDATE BY FILE] from [Members] page.

2. Upload the file according to the displayed instructions, enter the necessary items, and then upload the file from the same screen.

No notification will be sent to the registered users when the registration is completed.

If it's already determined who you want to deliver the information to at the time of registration, it is convenient to set “TRUE” in “deliver_flg” in excel sheet. (This can also be set in the Operation Settings, but it will be set individually.)

The first line/template can't be changed due to system support.

*Please be assured that the survey will not be automatically sent to registered members until the delivery settings are completed.

Up to 10,000 people can be imported.

If the number of import is more than 1,000, an email will be sent to you when the import is complete. (If the number is less than 1,000, it will not be sent as before.
