You can change the due date by going to "Operation Settings > Delivery Status".
To change (extend/shorten) the response date, please do the following setting
How to do it
Click on [Delivery Status].
Click on the latter date of the response period on the right side of the pie chart.
From the calendar that appears, select the date you wish to change and click [Reflect Changes].
Note
Only the latest survey (shown at the top of the delivery status page) can have its response date changed.
If you extend the response date for a survey that has ended its response period, the survey will reopen. You'll then be able to send reminders to non-respondents and add new survey targets.
When a customized survey is delivered at the same time as the engagement survey, changing the response date of the engagement survey will automatically change the response date of the customized survey delivered at the same time.
