How to deliver Engagement Survey and Customized Survey together

Use case:

This feature allows you to send both Engagement Surveys and your own customized surveys at the same time.


Overview

  • The Customized Survey will be delivered according to the date and time of the Engagement Survey delivery settings.

  • If you skip the Engagement Survey or send a comment, you will be taken to the Customized Survey question and answer screen.

    • To see how this works in practice, please check the Response Preview or run a Delivery Test after configuring simultaneous delivery.

Note

  • Please use this feature when you are the target audience for both the Engagement Survey and the Customized Survey.

  • Please make sure that the Engagement Survey delivery is turned on.

  • Please note that it is not possible to use anonymous names for regular Engagement and real names for Customized Surveys. If you would like to use your real name only for the Customized Survey, please enter your name in the Customized Survey question.


Instructions

1. From the Custom Survey menu, select Deliver together with Engagement survey under Delivery Settings for the relevant Custom Survey.

2. Configure settings.

  • Edit the "Customized Survey Title" if you want.

  • Select a question.

  • Select at least 3 survey targets.

    • Please note that if fewer than three members are selected, Reserve Delivery will not be clickable.

3. The survey will be delivered together with the Engagement Survey at the date and time specified in the Engagement Survey delivery settings.

※You cannot set up the simultaneous delivery of the Customized Survey unless the delivery settings for the Engagement Survey have been completed.

※You can set up multiple custom surveys for simultaneous delivery with the engagement survey. If multiple surveys are set, they will be delivered in order, starting with the one that was created first (oldest creation order).


How to Confirm the Settings

Open "Delivery Settings" in Wevox Engagement.

1. Check the Preview

If a Customized Survey is also set for simultaneous delivery, questions will be displayed in the same order as the actual delivery: Engagement Survey → Customized Survey.

2. Check the Customized Surveys for Simultaneous Delivery

The Customized Surveys scheduled for simultaneous delivery are displayed here. From "Delivery Settings," you can also unlink the setting or confirm the target recipients.

If no simultaneous delivery setting exists, the message "There are no Customized Surveys configured." will be displayed.

Note

  • In the case of concurrent delivery, extending the response due date for the Engagement Survey will automatically extend the response due date for the Customized Survey that is being delivered at the same time.

  • If you add a member to the Engagement Survey during concurrent delivery, only the Engagement Survey will be distributed to that member. If you wish to include the same respondents in the Customized Survey, you will need to add them to the Customized Survey as well.
