The monthly fee is calculated as follows: [Number of billable accounts] ✕ [Monthly fee per account].
The billing amount for a paid plan is calculated on the basis of the following formula.

The following is a summary of each item. Please also refer to the "Notes" section for the most frequently asked questions.
A: Number of billable accounts
The number of accounts eligible for billing in month N is
a: Number of accounts registered as of the end of month N
b: Number of accounts deleted during N months
Please note that this is not the number of accounts as of the end of month N.
B: Monthly fee per account
The basic fee for the paid plan is 300 yen per month per account (330 yen including tax). The unit price will differ if additional optional functions are used.
Example: Additional Security Up Plan = ¥500 per person per month (excluding tax)

Notes
1. About Members
Members deleted in month N will be billed until month N. Members deleted in month N+1 will not be billed.
Resigned members are also subject to billing as long as they are still in the administration screen.
If you want to exclude a member from billing, you need to delete the member's basic information.
Deleting a member will not change the past data and will not affect the score.
If you delete a member and then re-register in month N using the same e-mail address, it will be counted as two members in month N.
Please see Example 5 in the billing example below.
If you re-register in N+1 months, it will be counted as one member for each month.
If you change email address or domain, please be sure to make the change from the administration screen.

If you register a new e-mail address by uploading a file in the member registration process, the old e-mail address will not be changed and a new account will be created. (Please note that you will be billed for the increased account.)

2. About accounts
・There is no initial cost.
・Billing is due at the end of each month.
・There is no pro-rating.
・If you switch to a paid plan during the month, you will still be billed for that month.
3. Survey
・A fee will be charged regardless of whether or not a survey is distributed.
・Fees will be incurred regardless of whether or not you are authorized to view the survey.
4. Others
・Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the company using the service.
・Invoices are sent by e-mail. We do not mail invoices.
Example of invoice
(Example 1) If 50 people are registered on April 1st, 10 people deleted on April 2nd, and deliver a survey to 40 people registered as of April 3rd
→Amount billed in April is 300 yen × 50 people = 15,000 yen
(Example 2) 100 people are registered on April 28th, 30 people set to not deliver (changed delivery to OFF) on April 29th, and deliver a survey to 70 people (who are set as delivery on) as of April 30th.
→Amount billed in April is 300 yen × 100 people = 30,000 yen
(Example 3) If 100 people are registered on April 1st and no survey is conducted in April
→Amount billed in April is 300 yen × 100 people = 30,000 yen
(Example 4) If 50 people are registered on April 1st, 10 people are deleted on April 2nd, 20 people are added on April 3rd, and a total of 60 people registered on April 4th are delivered.
→Amount billed in April is 300 yen × 70 people = 21,000 yen
(Example 5) If 50 people are registered on April 1st, 10 people are deleted on April 2, and the same 10 people deleted on April 2nd are added again on April 3
→Amount billed in April is 300 yen × 60 people = 18,000 yen
Once a registration is deleted, it will be recognized as a "new registration" when it is subsequently registered.
