Invoice

Invoices are issued within five business days of the beginning of the month following the month of usage.

※ Please note that invoices cannot be issued during the month of use, as the final amount is confirmed on the last day of each month.

Payment Condition

We accept bank transfers only.

As stated in the application form, please complete payment within one month of the invoice date (by the end of the following month for monthly billing).

Regarding Invoice Delivery

  • Invoices will be sent via the accounting software we use.

    • The sender is [invoice+noreply@freee.co.jp]. Please set up receiving permission settings if necessary.

    • The email subject line will be: [Atrae Inc.] Invoice Notification

    • Please note that we may not be able to accommodate certain company-specific billing system requirements.

      Examples:

      • Uploading invoices to specific external billing platforms: Not supported

      • Sending invoices to a designated email address for your billing system: Supported

        Please update your billing contact information in Wevox Admin as needed.

  • Invoices may occasionally be filtered into your spam folder.

    • If you do not receive your invoice within three business days of the beginning of the month, please check your spam folder. If still unavailable, contact us via email (support@wevox.io) or chat.

  • Invoices are only sent electronically via email. Please note that we do not send invoices by mail.

  • Multiple billing addresses can be registered.

    • We encourage you to register more than one address to ensure that messages are received.

  • Please note that we do not accept credit card payments or automatic bank withdrawals.

  • Please note that customers will be responsible for any transfer fees.

Changing Invoice Delivery Address

If you wish to change the invoice recipient email address or the billing name, you can update it from the Billing Information screen in Wevox Admin.

*Only Owner accounts can make these changes.
