Automatic renewal per year, no mid-term cancellation
Not applicable for a contract of less than 20 people.
Billing
Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. (Not a lump-sum payment).
The way to count users to be billed is the same as a basic plan basis. Please refer to this article for details.
Notes
For annual contracts, a "minimum number of subscribers" will be set based on the current number of subscribers.
For any month in which the number of subscribers falls below the minimum, you will be billed at the rate of "minimum number of subscribers x unit price," regardless of the number of subscribers.
You can sign up at any time during the month in which your contract starts.
Example: If you want to start your contract in May 2023, you can make the switch by signing the contract between May 1 and May 31, 2023.
The contract will start on the first day of each month. If you wish to sign an annual contract, please note that the memorandum of understanding must be signed by the end of the previous month.
