サーベイ未回答者に対して、リマインドを送付できます。（複数回の送付も可）
予め、通知文面の確認・変更をされたい場合は、先にこちらの記事をご確認ください。
＜いつリマインドが送られるか＞
「即時通知」と「予約」が可能です。「予約」の場合には、設定日の10:30を目安に送付されます。（当日の総配信数によりタイムラグが発生する場合があります。）
・即時通知：直ちにリマインド送付（一括通知の他、個別通知も可能）
・予約：リマインド送付日を予め設定（一括通知のみ）
＜一括リマインドの送付方法＞
①【配信状況】をクリック
②「即時通知」「予約」のいずれかを選択して操作
③予約をした場合、「未回答者へのリマインド予約」が以下の通知に変わる
・リマインドは設定日のAM10:30より順次配信されます。
・配信数に応じて配信時間にタイムラグが出る場合がございます。
＜個別リマインドの送付方法＞
④上記画像の「未回答者数」右の数字リンクをクリック
⑤表示された未回答者一覧で、対象者の「再通知」をクリックで即通知

Remind (re-notify) respondents who have not yet answered
Reminders (re-notify) are available from the Delivery Settings.
Reminders can be sent to survey respondents who have not answered a survey. (Multiple reminders can be sent).
If you would like to check or change the text of the reminder in advance, please read this article first.
When will reminders be sent?
You can choose immediate notification or reservation.
In the case of "reservation", reminders will be sent around 10:30 a.m. on the set date (There may be a time lag depending on the total number of reminders sent on the day.)
Immediate notification: Reminders are sent immediately (individual reminders are also available in addition to bulk notifications).
Reservation: Set the date for sending reminders in advance (bulk notifications only).
How to send a batch reminder
1. Click [Delivery Status].
2. Select either "Immediate Notification" or "Reservation" to operate.
3. If a reservation is made, "Reservation of reminder to non-respondents" will be changed to the following notification.(See image below)
Reminders will be sent out sequentially from 10:30 AM on the set date.
Please note that there may be a time lag in the delivery time depending on the number of deliveries.
How to send individual reminders
4. Click on the number link to the right of "Number of non-respondents" in the above image.
5. Click on the "Re-Notification" link for the person in the list of non-respondents to be notified immediately.
