エラーが出る箇所の特定をいただけると要因の特定が可能になります。
具体的に、エラーがどの箇所で出ているのかを確認するには、ファイルを100〜500件→20〜50件のように分割してアップロードをご実施ください。
原因②：エクセルの入力形式に誤りがある
原因⑤：メールアドレスの@が全角である
原因⑥：メールアドレスの欄に空白がある
原因①：「Group」列の入力が誤っている
「,,」や「//」のようにカンマやスラッシュが連続して入力されている
列の最後に不要な「,」が入っている
同じグループ同士を「,（カンマ）」で繋いでいる
✗「営業部/営業１課,営業部/営業１課」
解消方法：修正してからアップロードをお試しください。
原因②：エクセルの入力形式に誤りがある
例
メールアドレスの列がハイパーリンクになっている
「birthday」や「hire_date」の項目が"通貨"等選択されている
原因③：職種、役職、雇用区分などに設定されていない名称を含んでいる
解消方法：独自の名称を利用する場合には設定を変更する必要があります。規定の名称に変更または、属性の一覧より変更した名称を記載し、再度アップロードして下さい。
原因④：Windows, IEにてエラーが起こる場合があります。
解消方法：こちらの記事で推奨環境を参照してください。
原因⑤：メールアドレスの@が全角である
解消方法：@は半角に修正し、再度アップロードして下さい。
原因⑥：メールアドレスの欄に空白がある
解消方法：メールアドレスの前後や@の前後に空白がないか確認し、再度アップロードして下さい。
原因⑦：Excel上に不要なシートが記載されている
Excel上に不要なシートがある場合、エラーが発生いたします。
不要なシートは削除し、Wevoxへの登録データが記載されたもののみを残し、アップロードください。
原因⑧：Excel内に目に見えない書式が設定されている
Excel内に目には見えない書式が設定されており、エラーの原因となることがございます。その場合、CSV形式に変換の上、インポートいただければ成功するケースがございます。なお、ExcelからCSVに変換をする際は、「CSV UTF-8（コンマ区切り）(.csv)」のファイル形式をご選択ください。

Unable to upload employee data in bulk
If you can identify where the error occurs, we will be able to determine the cause.
Specifically, to see where the error is occurring, please upload 100-500 files
To check the specific location of the error, please split the file into 100 to 500 files and upload them in 20 to 50 files.
Cause 1: "Group" column is inputted incorrectly.
Commas or slashes such as ",," or "//" are entered in succession.
Unnecessary "," is entered at the end of the column.
The same group is connected by "," (comma).

Solution: Please correct the problem and try uploading.
Cause 2: There is an error in the Excel input format.
The email address column is a hyperlink.
The "birthday" and "hire_date" fields have been selected as "currency" or the like.
Cause 3: The job title, position, or employment category contains a name that is not set.
Solution: If you want to use your own name, you need to change the settings.
Change the name to the one specified or enter the changed name from the list of attributes and re-upload the file.
Cause 4: The error may occur in Windows and IE.
Solution: See this article for the recommended environment.
Cause 5: The @ character in the e-mail address is double-byte.
Solution: Change the @ to half-width characters and upload the file again.
Cause 6: There is a blank in the e-mail address field.
Solution: Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the email address or before or after @, and upload again.
Cause 7: Unnecessary sheets are listed in Excel.
If there are unnecessary sheets in Excel, an error will occur.
Solution: Please delete the unnecessary sheets and upload only the ones that contain the registration data to Wevox.
