How Do I Change My Registered Phone Number?

Learn how to update your mobile number securely if you’ve changed devices or lost access to your old number.


Why Is Your Phone Number Important?

Your mobile number is used for:

  • Account security and identity verification

  • SMS login codes and password resets

  • Transaction notifications and alerts

For your protection, changes to this number must go through secure verification steps.


Option 1: Change It Yourself (If You Still Have Access)

If you can receive SMS on your current registered number, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Profile.

  3. Click on the Phone Number field.

  4. Enter your new mobile number.

  5. A PIN code will be sent via SMS to your new number.

  6. Enter the code to confirm and save the update.

Your number will be updated immediately after confirmation.


Option 2: Contact Support (If You Lost Access)

If you no longer have access to your old number, we’ll update it manually for you.

Here's how:

  1. Contact Support

  2. Verify Your Identity

    • Provide a valid ID

    • Or confirm account details (e.g., name, DOB, last deposit)

  3. Send Your New Number

    • Share your updated mobile number

  4. Confirm the SMS Code

    • We’ll send a new PIN to your updated number

    • Confirm it during chat or reply via email

Once verified, your number will be updated in the system.
