At our casino, we offer several secure and convenient ways to withdraw your funds. However, to comply with regulations and ensure your account’s safety, all withdrawals must follow the closed-loop policy. This means funds must be returned to the same payment method you used to deposit—wherever technically possible.

Closed-Loop Withdrawal Policy

To protect your account and meet regulatory standards:

  • Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for deposit

  • If that method doesn’t support withdrawals (e.g., some cards or vouchers), the money will be sent to a linked bank account

Note: Attempting to use a different method may result in delays or a failed withdrawal.
