If your default payment method fails on your renewal date, we will attempt to charge any additional payment methods you have provided. We will also send periodic reminders to prompt payment.
If the overdue balance remains unresolved, you can manually make a payment through the portal.
How to Make a Payment:
Log into the Whim Portal.
Once logged in, click the Past Due button in the top right corner.
Follow the prompts to pay your overdue balance and resolve your account.
