How do I manage my Whim subscriptions?
Current subscribers can log into their portal via the Portal link below.
Input the phone number you used when signing up initially
Input the two-factor authentication code received via SMS to log in.
Within the portal, customers can view their current subscriptions, check their next billing date, cancel an active subscription, and access support for their subscription.
How Can I see my payment history & Update My Payment Method?
Go to the Billing section on the left side of your Whim Portal. Here you will see your entire payment history.
Click Add Payment Method.
Enter your new card information and click Add. You can set this as your default payment method if you want this card to be charged every month.
