When you're ready to move from a trial to a paid subscription — or switch to a plan that better fits how much you record — go to Settings → Pricing. The Choose Your Plan panel lays every plan out side by side with its price and what it includes, and picking one takes you straight to secure checkout.
This page is for comparing plans and starting a subscription. To see what you're currently paying for or manage an existing subscription, go to Settings → Subscription instead — practices with an active subscription get their own plans panel there, where the buttons read Upgrade to or Downgrade to rather than Choose. See Subscription and billing.
How to choose a plan
Go to Settings, then open the Pricing page to see the Choose Your Plan panel.
Set your billing cycle with the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top right of the panel — the active option is shown in bold. Do this first, because it changes every plan's displayed price.
Compare the plans. Each shows its name, a short description of who it's for, the price for your chosen cycle, and a list of included features marked with ticks — scanning the ticks is the quickest way to see what each plan adds over the others.
Click your plan's button — each is labelled Choose followed by the plan name — and you're taken to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details and confirm.
Monthly vs yearly
The Monthly / Yearly toggle switches every plan's price at once — you don't set it per plan. With Monthly selected each plan shows its price per month; with Yearly, per year.
The "Popular" badge
One plan carries a Popular badge — it marks the plan most practices pick. It's a suggestion, not a restriction; you're free to choose any plan.
If something goes wrong
The button shows "Opening…" and looks greyed out. That's expected — it's disabled while your secure checkout page is being prepared. Once it's ready you'll be taken there automatically; you don't need to click again.
A message appears under the button. Something went wrong starting checkout. Wait a moment and click Choose again. If the message keeps coming back, there may be a temporary connection problem, or your subscription may need attention from support.
What this doesn't do (yet)
Take payment on this page. The Choose Your Plan panel is for comparing and choosing only — you enter card details and confirm on the separate checkout page that opens after you click Choose.
Manage an existing subscription. Cancelling, viewing invoices, or changing payment details aren't done here — see Subscription and billing.
