Create customer-friendly summaries of consult notes, perfect for emailing to your customers. To ensure these summaries align with your practice's branding and meet your needs, we recommend setting up your template first. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Customise your letterhead: Begin by personalising the letterhead of your summary letters. Access the settings menu and select practice, here you can insert your logo.

  2. Edit letterhead information: Next, in the settings menu, navigate to letters and edit your information. Make sure to select 'Enable Custom Letter Template' and press save to apply your changes.

With your template now set up, creating and managing your client summary letters is simple:

  1. After conducting a consult, go to the recorded consult.

  2. Click view in the Client Summary Letter tab to see your summarised letter.

  3. You have the option to edit and format the summary letter as needed, giving you control over the final output

  4. For convenience, the summary can be exported as a PDF or printed directly.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure that every client summary letter not only provides valuable information in an accessible format but also consistently represents your practice's brand. This feature is aimed at enhancing communication with your clients, offering them clear, concise, and personalised summaries of their consultations.
