The Scheduled Campaigns feature in Whippy allows you to plan your campaign messages in advance, ensuring they are sent at the optimal time for your audience. This guide will walk you through the steps to schedule a campaign.
1. Create a New Campaign or Select an Existing One
Start by creating your campaign in Whippy by following this link https://app.whippy.co/campaigns/create
2. Navigate to Schedule & Settings
After entering the basic information for your campaign, navigate to the Schedule & Settings section. Click the Edit button to begin configuring your campaign’s schedule.
3. Enable Scheduling
In the Schedule & Settings section, click the Schedule Message toggle. This action enables the scheduling options for your campaign.
4. Select the Date
Choose the date on which you want your campaign message to be sent.
5. Select the Time
Set the specific time for your campaign to be sent.
6. Select Your Timezone
Select the timezone that corresponds to your audience or your business’s operating hours.
7. Save the Settings
Once you’ve configured the date, time, and timezone, click Save to apply your scheduling settings. Now you can schedule your campaign and it will be sent according to your settings.
